ELLE REILLY (TESSA) -- Raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Elle Reilly began her love affair with performing at an early age. She embraced the Hawaiian arts of Hula dancing, Ukelele playing and surfing. Elle also pursed Flute playing, ballet and tap dancing. Performing became a passion and she pursued every musical theatre and dramatic production she could find. While in Honolulu, Elle worked as a model on a number of runway shows and starred in her first commercial for a Honolulu Dentist. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in Communications and English Literature, Elle moved to New York City to pursue acting. Stage credits include: Encore! (National Tour), Crimes of the Heart (Meg), Hamlet (Ophelia), Loose Ends (Susan), Seascape with Sharks & dancer (Tracy). She has made several television appearances including Will & Grace, Late Show with David Letterman and MTV and has a number of commercials and voice-overs to her credit. Elle has also appeared in several independent films you haven’t seen. Upcoming projects include a New York revival of Leroi Jones’ critically acclaimed play, Dutchman, a film version of Brian Dykstra’s one-act play, The Committee, and an as yet untitled feature-length independent film satirizing reality television to be filmed in the fall of 2003 in Philadelphia. |

JUDY MARTINI (JOYCE) -- A native to Hazleton, PA, Judy is a high school teacher with a BA in Mass Communications & Theatre and Theology and MS in Secondary education. She was won numerous awards for drama, choreography and photography. As a writer, she has written for the Cats newsletter, Birney Bulletin, Soap Opera Update and co-created two TV movie scripts and a situation comedy. Judy can most recently be seen as a featured extra in Two Weeks Notice, starring Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock. Other film credits include Men In Black 2, Mickey, and Fontanelle. She has appeared with Billy Bkanks on QVC and on his website and infomercial as a Tae-Bo hero. Her interests include, Tae-Bo, auditioning for films/commercials, reading, skiing, and rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies.

DOMINICK CICCO (MARK) -- In the time Dominick has lived in the Harrisburg area, he has covered a lot of ground both as an actor and a musician. For the past seven years, Dominick has performed extensively with Mi-Shar Productions Capitol Dinner Theatre. He has either acted, played in the orchestra pit, musically directed, or stage-managed in more than 50 theatrical productions. Some of the roles he’s most proud of are the lead in “Sweeney Todd”, Sky Materson in “Guy and Dolls”, Emile DeBecque in “South Pacific”, and Capt. Von Trapp in “The Sound of Music”. During this time, Dominick has acting in industrials, commercials and has been featured as a soloist-band leader/musical director of the comedy show “The Wild Thing” on the cable network. NBC has employed Dominick’s acting talents on the prime time award winning series “Law and Order: CI.”, where he played the role of Sam, a security guard. He will be featured as Dr. Gerald Barnes in the upcoming “MasterMinds” series on Court TV. Dominick will be working on a feature film project in the fall of 2003 in NYC, called “On the Arm”, with Kitchen Sync Productions, playing a supporting role of the boss of a detective agency. He has just complete a short film in Harrisburg, PA area called “Poultry and Prejudice”, with Golden Horse Productions, playing the lead role of “Mark Darcy”, the head of a prize chicken raising family. As an acoustic player, Dominick has played in numerous venues, from clubs and parties to weddings and churches. He plays and sings a variety of music from Pearl Jam to Dave Matthews to John Mayer, Frank Sinatra and Italian favorites. Also Dominick plays in The Johnny Rife Band, playing contemporary Christian music and sharing concerts with such artists as Marty Haggard (Merle’s son). Opera has also been on of Dominick’s passions. He has appears with Harrisburg Opera, Capitol Opera Sacramento, Capitol Opera Harrisburg, Lancaster Opera and Berks Grand Opera, in such roles as Marcello, Germont, and Escamillo. Most recently, Dominick performed with Harrisburg Opera in their production of the children’s opera The Little Sweep in the role of Black Bob. Also performing scenes form opera for the entertainment and education of children, Dominick participates in Opera Outreach, a program headed by Tanya Lear for the express purpose of education children and making them aware of the wonderful work of opera. Dominick manages to find time to perform singing telegrams for Dottie Lebo’s Melodious Messages and makes most of this living playing in area clubs with his acoustic act. Dominick has a degree in music education from Marywood University, Scranton, PA and has taken courses in composition and arranging at Berklee School of Music in Boston, Mass. He continues to study acting for film and stage in New York City.

LEN SHAFFER (MIKEY) -- Len Shaffer is a 16-year-old from Philadelphia. He attends the High School for Creative and Performing Arts, where he is entering his junior year.
Len has been acting since he was very young. His stage performances have included “Jack & the Beanstalk”, “Footloose”, and his most recent stage performance as Eugene in Neil Simon’s “Brighton Beach Memoirs”. Film credits include: “So Quickly Changed”, “Elf”, and various documentary and commercial films. Along with an acting history, Len is also active in vocal & dance and has performed at Great Adventure Them Park and many local events. Len will be very busy this year on the college hunt, visiting and applying to various schools. Len would like to thank his family for all of their support, his acting coaches over the years and to Sherry and the entire cast and crew of “Poultry and Prejudice” for the tremendous opportunity working on his debut film.

KRISTINA FOSTER (SUE) -- Kristina trained at New York Acting School under Robert Haufman. She has been a principal in “Bridal Sweet”, a NYU student film and “Shoot the Model” in Singapore Film Commission Film. She has also appeared in “American Pie 3”, “American Wedding” and many music videos including Craig David, Snoop Dogg, DJ Format and Waterdown. |

ROBYN SIMPSON (CATHY) -- Robyn graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2001 with her BFA in acting. She has been working in New York City for two years and recently played Thomasina in Tom Stoppards ARCA-DIA at Portland Stage Company. She has originated roles in several new plays around NYC. Robyn is very psyched to be working with Golden Horse Productions and all the animals. |

JENNIFER PONS (SALLY) -- Jennifer Pons, born and bred in New York, graduated from NYU with a degree in broadcast journalism. After studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, where she played a leading role in two Spanish language plays, Jennifer was undeniably bit by the acting bug. Upon her return to New York and just in time for graduation, she decided to trade in her microphone and teleprompter for a less conservative and more fulfilling career on stage and screen. She has since trained and performed from coast to coast in Los, Angeles, New York City and Pennsylvania. Most recently, Jennifer has been featured in three indie films, a spec commercial and an international music video. She is currently shooting the scifi-horror feature, “The Demon Shells”, in NYC. With her unique “look” and cosmopolitan attitude to match, Jennifer has the on-screen appeal that compliments all audiences. From Wall Street vixen to small town veterinarian, Jennifer refuses to be defined and limited to just one “type”. As she continues to build her repertoire, Jennifer Pons hopes to shatter stereotypes, break down doors and set a new standard for the leading lady. |

BILL SHIPLET (BEN) -- Bill Shiplet is a native of Oxford, PA. He grew up on a small farm with lots of animals and learned many of life’s long lessons. After high school, Bill enrolled in classes at Cecil Community College where he studies photography. It is here, with the help from a professor and friend and the guidance of God, that Bill decided to pursue a career in acting. Bill started acting in children’s theatre where he traveled over Maryland and Delaware performing and teaching in schools. In 1988 Bill got a part in a show at a dinner theatre. For a year and a half he held many leading roles in some of the classics such as Carousel, The Wizard of Oz and Oliver. After dinner theatre, he auditioned for Sight and Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA, the largest Christian theatre in the country where he landed many leading roles over the next six years. At this time he decided to try his hand at film and TV. He traveled to California to study with Lorrie Hull who worked with Lee Stasberg. Throughout the years he has done extra work and principal work on many TV shows, commercials and films such as Homicide, NY Undercover, Comcast, Species 2, Medical Detectives and many more. He has received awards in Philadelphia and NYC for his acting and has co-owned a small production company. He has co-authored a film script in hopes of getting it produced someday. Bill currently works as an equestrian trainer at Sight and Sound Theatres as he is still pursuing an acting career. Bill has many hobbies and interests such as horseback riding, motorcycling, paintball and hockey. He’s an avid woodsman, and he loves to build and drive Demolition Derby cars.

TODD MICHEL SMITH (JACK)-- Originally from Lansing, MI, Todd is now happy to call New York City home. After studying astrophysics at Michigan State University he found the call of the stage to be too much to pass up, so he moved to the Big Apple to pursue an acting career. Todd has had the good fortune to travel all around the world, performing on three continents and 49 states in numerous tours and regional theatre productions, and now is currently on Broadway in the original company of the hit musical “Hairspray”. After appearing on many national television programs, Todd made his big screen debut earlier this summer in the upcoming feature film “Foolin”. Thanks to Sherry for making Poultry and Prejudice such a thrill, my folks for their undying support, Sally for the know-how, and Michele for being the love of my life. |

SHERRY TELEKY WAPLE -
Sherry Teleky Waple - Sherry Teleky Waple is the sole
proprietor of the Independent Film Company Golden Horse Production
which was established in 2000. Sherry attended Hollywood Film
Institute, New York, 2000 and received a Certificate of Completion
as a certified Cinema Director, Line Producer, and a Producer's
Diploma as a Feature Film Producer. She also attended Filmmaker's
Central School of Cinema, Los Angeles, 2002 and received a
Masters in the Arts and Sciences of Digital Cinema. After
attending Shoot Camp, Sherry had the confidence and the knowledge
to direct and produce her first short feature film.
Sherry was born in Middletown, Pennsylvania on May 10, 1969 and from a very early age has had a love of movies.
She
currently resides in Middletown, PA with her husband Frank.
She is a legal secretary for a prestigious law firm by day,
a pharmacy technician by night and and inspiring filmmaking
in all her spare time. Some of her other hobbies include reading,
writing, walking her dog, horseback riding, training horses
and playing ice hockey. Sherry raised her own horse
Tequilla Sunrise since she was nine months old and utilized
her in Poultry and Prejudice. Tequilla is her pride and joy
at six years-old, along with her eighteen year-old Torti cat
Mickey and fourteen year- old Australian Shepherd Nikkita.
Sherry
made her directorial debut with her short film "Poultry and
Prejudice" which was filmed on location in her hometown and
primarily at her grandparent's three story home. "Poultry
and Prejudice" won the Audience Award at the 2004 Harrisburg
ArtsFest. Her most recent film, "Obsession" starring
Terence Knox, is currenlty making its way through the film
circuit.
"My
grandparents always told me that I could do anything if I
put my mind to it." That is exactly what Sherry is doing now
with the constant support of her family and friends.
Sherry's

(directed/produced/edited); Sherry Teleky Waple Autobiography
(directed/produced/edited), short film "Radio Silence" (co-directed),
short film "Obsession" (writer/producer/director), video banquet

2005-2006" director/producer/camera operator) and "Land
Rover: A Day Off Road" (camera operator).
Sherry's
biggest piece of advice to all inspiring filmmakers: "Never
give up your dreams, no matter what they are. Believe in yourself
and you ability to make that dream come true, and it will."

KRISTINA
FOSTER CO-DIRECTOR/SCREENWRITER) -- Kristina
Foster is a film and TV commercial director/producer currently
living in Thailand. She is a native Australian, but
a global nomad having lived and worked in Los Angeles, New
York, Singapore and Sydney before moving to Bangkok.
Her directorial debut, 16mm film dramedy “Singapore
Fling”, a production with Singapore Film Commission
has screened in Singapore, San Diego and Sydney and was well
accepted. Kristina was also a co-director on “Radio
Silence” a WWII film shot in Los Angeles. In addition
to film school in New York and LA, Kristina has a Bachelor
of Commerce Marketing degree from the University of New South
Wales in Sydney. Currently Kristina works for Revoluzione
Productions House in Bangkok and is working on a feature film,
a love story, to be shot in Japan.." |

ABHIJOY
GANDHI (DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY) -- Abhijoy's objective
is to kick-start a renaissance in Indian Commercial Feature
filmmaking through catalyzing cinema with crossover potential
for a global audience. His enterprise seeks to transform the
insular silo-structure of the Indian industry (production
primarily for home-consumption) into a latticed business array
of international co-productions with focus on the rest of
the work market. Abhijoy attended Singapore's National Film
School - Ngee Ann Polytechnic and completed a 2-year program,
which earned him an Advanced Diploma in Film Productions.
He was a First Rank Holder and received the "Outstanding
Student" award. His film works include: Poultry and Prejudice;
Singapore Fling; Gong Gong; Smokin' Salmon; Garden in the
Rain; and Crying Girl. Abhijoy also directed and cinemagraphed
serials for TCS (Television Corp of Singapore) Ultra Violet
and Coke TV commercials. He also acted as a camera assistant
on John Matthew's Bollywood blockbuster Sarfarosh. His awards
include: Top 10 Film of 400 worldwide entries at the Recontres
Internationales Henri Langlois Film Festival, France, March
2002; Special Award at the Pyongyand Film Festival, PRK Korea
in Sept. 2002; Singapore’s entry to the Commonwealth
Film Festival, England, June 2002 and Singapore's entry to
Festival Dei Duo Mondi, Italy, July 2002. |

ALEXANDER
P. TELEKY (EXECUTIVE PRODUCER) -- Alex Teleky
is the father of director Sherry Teleky Waple. It
is because of his financial support and constant encouragement
that Sherry is able to fulfill her dream of producing and
directing a film. Alex is a retired employee of Bethlehem
Steel where he worked for over 35 years. Alex has
helped raise and train the prize pullet Heidi for the film
Poultry and Prejudice and acted as assistant to the producer
for the casting of the film. He also acted as location
manager at his parent’s home in Middletown where the
primary photography was shot. He is an avid hunter
and fisherman and enjoys spending time working in his greenhouse.

THOMAS
P. RICHARDS (PRODUCTION SOUND/EDITOR) -- Tom Richards
is a producer/editor with TPR Productions in Middletown, PA.
After spending the last decade in the production field in
various parts of the world such as South Florida and the United
Kingdom, he decided to bring his knowledge and skills back
to the Harrisburg area from which he originates. Tom,
who holds an Associate of Science degree in the Music/Video
Business from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale (’95)
honed his editing/animating skills working on the FREDDIE
award winning Cutting Edge Medical Report. After editing
in South Florida for the next six years he had the opportunity
to work as producer/editor at Outlook Audio/Visual locating
just north of London, England. He spend the next two
years producing and editing in the UK while leaning towards
the convergence of film, video, new media and DVD production.

JONATHAN BOAL - Going
into his Senior year at New York University's Tisch school
of the arts, Jonathan has worked on many film and video shoots.
Three of his documentaries have been shown at the Harrisburg
film festival over the last three years and one, Four Years
and Seventeen Minutes, won best documentary at the Alien Video
Awards. Jonathan also directed two short narratives, Kissing
Booth and Splatter. He has worked in central Pennsylvania
at JPL productions and as a script reader for Sidney Kimmel
Entertainment in New York. Although he hasn't decided on one
area of the industry, he enjoys writing, shooting and editing.

DAN SCULLY
- Dan Scully is employed with the Dauphin County
Emergency Manangement Agency. He has an extensive background
in Emergency Services, serving as an EMT since 1989, a firefighter
since 1993, and most recently as a Hazardous Materials Technician
for Dauphin County’s Haz-Mat team. His interest in
movie making dates back to elementary school where he began
receiving awards for his short stories. He has appeared
in three Emergency Services-related training videos, and
several news interviews. His strongest interest lies in
the creative forces behind the camera. Dan is currently
taking classes through the internet with the Internet Film
Groups Movie Making Encyclopedia, and has recently joined
the team at Golden Horse Productions where he served as
co-producer and as camera operator a the casting sessions
for Poultry and Prejudice. Dan recently completed
his first shor film "T.P. Story of a Roll" which

ALFRED
PELLEGRINI, JR. (MUSIC COMPOSER) Alfred (Fred)
Pellegrini, Jr. was born and raised in Hershey, PA.
He started playing guitar at the age of 16 and has not put
it down since. After a two-semester stint at Berklee
College of Music in Boston for guitar performance, Fred transferred
to University of Miami’s College of Music where he studied
music performance as well as music production. Fred
has performed professionally since the age of 18 and has played
in venues from Key West Florida to Boston on the East Coast.
When he is not our performing he can be found at his home
recording studio or out working as a sound mixer for the Pennsylvania
Entertainment Group, a Harrisburg based sound and lighting
company that caters to a wide variety of national acts.
Fred has worked or performed with many famous performers including
Eddie Murphy, Ice-T, O-Town, Stanley Clark, Jeffrey Gaines,
Richie Havens, and Todd Rundgren, to name a few.

ERIC
M. GALLER In words and images, Eric Galler has distinguished
himself as an innovative producer, a meticulous craftsman,
and an outstanding director of actors. Most valued for his
technical brilliance, sense of pace, action and fantasy, his
talent of storytelling and qualities as a visual stylist of
genres, brings insight, uncompromising strengths, and professional
confidence.
This
Hollywood hyphenate, “producer-director”, likes to consider
himself an adventurer in a competitive impulsive jungle, exploring
and shaping ideas, making the hard decisions, taking the risks.
To date, this natural boasts an international clientele and
current screen credit list of over 85 feature film and televised
titles, commercials and digital productions.
Brooklyn
born, far from the dome of showbusiness, Eric's first attraction
toward moving pictures began at an age, earlier than most.
With 8mm in hand, he accelerated as a young cameraman, later
shooting non-fiction clips and newsreels for the local community.
Galler majored in film and English literature while attending
the City University at Queens College and as a tyro producer
and screenwriter. At age 17, he produced a series of half
hour fiction and non-fiction programs for CNTV and MCTV, now
a Time Warner Company. In 1986, Galler received acceptance
and transferred to the acclaimed Motion Picture School at
Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara , California
. His senior project at Brooks, ran the festival circuit and
was acquired, signed and internationally distributed by Films
Around the World, Inc.
Arriving
in Hollywood during January 1990, Galler freelanced a variety
of independent features, national spots, music videos and
promotionals. In 1992, he was first to make his mark while
working for Studio 3.1 Promotions as their operations manager
and key field producer. In the mid 1990's, Galler, as a Hollywood
based film director, established with his then partner, a
publicly traded production company, Twilight Productions,
Ltd. The Wall Street venture proved a success, green lighting,
scripting and completing a slate of feature project. Galler
left the company during a merger in March of 2000. Over the
years, Galler has had vast associations with Universal, Warner,
MGM and Sony Studios, and to date, has worked with every format
from 35mm to DV and was one of the first producers to utilize
High Definition for a feature length theatrical, film finished
project.
John
Pearson's IFC's “Split Screen” and “Nations Business” to “Newsweek”
and “Hollywood Scriptwriter”. His growing reputation as a
“complete”, leading edge, “filmmaker”, has promoted national
film festivals, scholastic organizations and universities
to entertainment industry events like the Showbiz and DV Expo's,
to invite Galler as a regular keynote speaker on film direction,
35mm film and digital Hollywood production.

TIM GEHMAN - Tim Gehman
was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. He is the Program Coordinator
for the Emergency Health Services Federation and also acts
as the Federation's Moulage Artist. Tim's film credits include:
Pennsylvania State Police's Tactical Response to Mass Casualty
Incidents video and the short film by Golden Horse Productions
Poultry and Prejudice where he acted as the film's special
effects artist. Tim currently resides in Peach Bottom, PA
with his wife and seven children. |

JAMES HOLLENBAUGH - James
Hollenbaugh is a full time Director of Photography and Avid
Editor for SR Productions in Lancaster Pennsylvania. There
he has worked on many local and national commerical spots,
industrial and marketing films, corporate videos, and documentaries
for agencies and televison including HGTV, CNN, The History
Channel, The Discovery Channel, and The Outdoor Channel. He
has completed many of his own fictional short films on a variety
of formats as well as documentaries, most notably a popular
featurette on the Falmouth Pennsylvania Goat Races. He also
has many feature film and feature documentary credits to his
belt in the camera / lighting department, as well as AD credits
on Doris Wishman's final feature film "Each Time I Kill"
and the first Joseph W. Sarno film in twenty years, "Lust
For Laura", to be released later this year through Ei
Cinema. Jim is also an accomplished still photographer as
well as a film historian in regards to the sexploitation films
of the 60's / 70's, with an extraordinary focus on the films
and work of Zebedy Colt. |

KELSEY TELEKY - Kelsey
Michelle Teleky is a graduate of Middletown Area High School.
She works in the Dauphin County Domestic Relations department.
Kelsey became interested in filmmaking when her sister, director/producer
Sherry Teleky Waple, made her first film Poultry and Prejudice.
Kelsey acted as Production Assistant, Prop Master and Animal
Wrangler on the set. She recently acted as Head Production
Assistant on the film "Obsession". She has a love for
the industry not only in the behind the scenes aspect, but
she also enjoys watching movies. Kelsey plans to pursue a
career in law, but enjoys filmmaking as a hobby. |

LINDA
SHAFFNER - Linda Shaffner is the mother of director
Sherry Teleky Waple and currently resides in Harrisburg, PA.
She has been a constant support of Sherry and has given her
the little extra lift when things would go wrong. Linda is
retired from State Savings and Loan Bank and currently works
as an adult sitter with the elderly.
Linda assisted the
producer for the casting sessions of both "Poultry and
Prejudice" and "Obsession" and will be acting
as a production assistant and craft service personnel on the
set as well as coordinating the "Behind The Scenes"
footage of the project. |
